No. While many of our meals are retort-processed for long shelf life and convenience, we also offer selected non-retort products depending on availability and season.

Yes. All MakanHubb products are produced under Duoreqa 9 Enterprise, a company that is Halal certified by JAKIM.

5. How do I store retort food?
Retort meals can be stored at room temperature — no refrigeration needed.
6. What is the shelf life of your retort meals?
Our retort meals have a shelf life of approximately 1 year from the manufacturing date.
7. How do I heat the meals?
You may warm them using any of the following methods:
Place the pouch in hot water
Reheat in the microwave (after removing contents)
Serve directly if the meal does not require heating
Heating method varies by product; refer to packaging for detailed instructions.
8. Are your products safe to consume?
Yes. Retort technology sterilizes the food using high temperature and pressure, ensuring it is safe, hygienic and free from preservatives.
9. Do you offer fresh items like Vietnamese Rolls?
Yes, some items are non-retort and may require different storage or delivery arrangements. Availability will be shown on the product page.

10. What payment methods are available?
Currently, we accept FPX (online banking) through our website.
11. Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may contact us immediately for assistance if the order is still pending.
