1. Discount & Promotion Policy

This Discount Policy explains how discounts, vouchers, and promotional offers are applied on MakanHubb.

 

a. Eligibility of Discounts

Discounts, promo codes and offers (such as “Buy 1 Get 1 Free”) may be subject to:

  • Minimum purchase amount

  • Specific product categories

  • Limited-time campaigns

  • Limited stock availability

  • One-time usage per customer (where applicable)

 

b. Accuracy & Validity

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or cancel any promotion at any time

  • Correct errors in prices or discount calculations

  • Limit discount usage due to misuse or abuse

 

Discounts are applied before shipping fees and taxes, unless stated otherwise.

 

c. Non-transferable

All discount codes and promotions are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

 

d. Online & Marketplace Promotions

Promotions on our website may differ from those on other platforms such as Shopee or TikTok Shop.

 

e. End of Campaign

Once a promotional campaign ends, all terms tied to that promotion also expire and cannot be reinstated.

2. Returns & Refund Policy (Malaysia)

Important Note:

 

Because MakanHubb sells ready-to-eat and food-based products, returns are restricted for safety and hygiene reasons.

A. Return Policy

1. All Food Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Dislike of texture or flavour

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

 

This is to maintain product safety and hygiene.

B. Refund & Replacement Conditions

We offer refunds or replacements only in genuine cases such as:

 

1. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a product different from your order.

 

2. Damaged Product

If the packaging is severely damaged upon arrival, such as:

  • Torn retort pouch

  • Leaking product

  • Compromised packaging

  • Signs of tampering

 

3. Defective Product

If the product is unsafe to consume due to manufacturing issues.

 

4. Missing Items

If part of your order is missing.

C. Requirements for Refund/Replacement Requests

To process your request, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order and provide:

  • Order ID / Receipt

  • Clear photos of the product issues

  • Packaging photos

  • Courier label photo

  • Description of what happened

 

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

D. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will NOT be approved if:

  • The customer entered the wrong delivery address

  • The customer failed to accept delivery

  • The parcel was returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts

  • The product was kept improperly after receiving

  • The issue is due to external courier delay beyond our control

  • Photos or proof are not sufficient

E. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via:

  • Store credit / voucher, or

  • Bank transfer / original payment method (if applicable)

 

Processing time: 7–14 working days depending on payment provider or bank.

F. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • Payment is completed

  • The order is being processed

  • The item has been shipped or handed to the courier

 

Cancellation requests before payment confirmation may be allowed.
