At MakanHubb, we strive to deliver your ready-to-eat meals safely, efficiently and in the best condition.
This Delivery Information outlines how we process, pack and ship your orders within Malaysia.

1. Delivery Coverage (Within Malaysia)

We deliver to:

  • Semenanjung Malaysia

  • Sabah & Sarawak

  • Major towns and cities across Malaysia

 

Some products may be available for nationwide delivery, while certain items may be restricted to specific regions depending on product type and courier limitations.

Availability will be shown during checkout.

2. Courier Partners

Your orders may be shipped using one of the following courier providers:

  • Pos Laju Malaysia

  • Ninja Van

  • DHL eCommerce

  • J&T Express

  • Other Malaysian courier partners (depending on availability)

 

Courier assignment is automatically determined based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product type

  • Shipping method chosen

  • Courier performance/coverage during the time of shipment

3. Processing Time

Once your order is placed and paid for, it will be processed and packed before being handed over to the courier.

Processing time is general and may vary, as it depends on the courier’s pickup schedule and availability.

 

Estimated time:

  • 1–2 working days (general estimate)

  • Subject to weekends, holidays and courier service disruption

4. Delivery Timeframe (General Estimate)

Delivery time depends entirely on the courier company and your location:

  • Semenanjung Malaysia: 1–5 working days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 working days

  • Remote areas: additional time may apply

 

These are estimates only. Actual delivery time may be longer due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • High traffic seasons (e.g. festive periods)

 

MakanHubb is not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist where possible.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Weight/size of items

  • Courier rates

  • Ongoing promotions (if any)

 

You will see the exact shipping fee before completing your order.

Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns only.

6. Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be shared through:

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

 

You may track your parcel using the courier’s official tracking link.
Tracking may take a few hours to become active after the order is dispatched.

7. Lalamove / Same-Day Pickup

MakanHubb does not provide same-day delivery via Lalamove.
However, customers may arrange their own Lalamove or instant delivery service.

 

If you wish to use Lalamove:

  • You must book the driver yourself

  • Pickup location: MakanHubb HQ, Wangsa Melawati

  • Please ensure the driver’s arrival time is communicated clearly

  • Products collected via Lalamove are at the customer’s own responsibility

8. Packaging & Safety

To ensure product safety, freshness and protection during transit, all orders are packed using:

  • Secure bubble wrap

  • Sturdy boxes

  • Protective layering where needed

 

Ready-to-eat retort products are packaged to withstand transportation, but external damage may occur if parcels are mishandled by courier.

9. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a full and accurate address.


MakanHubb is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address

  • Courier returning parcels after multiple attempts

  • Re-delivery fees imposed by the courier

 

If a parcel is returned due to customer error, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

10. Damaged / Missing Items

If your order arrives with:

  • Missing items

  • Severe damage

  • Compromised packaging

 

Please contact us within 24–48 hours with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Courier label photo

 

We will assist based on our Refund & Replacement Policy.

11. Public Holidays & Peak Seasons

During festive periods such as Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, Christmas and New Year, delivery times may be longer due to nationwide courier congestion.

We advise ordering early during peak seasons.
